General Inquires
How is Beatbox different?
Beatbox features a custom gaming experience where guests compete and earn points based on how well they can sing and how well they know the lyrics to their favorite songs. We also offer autotune and voice filters to make singing fun for the tone deaf and totally gifted alike.
Do I need to bring ID?
Beatbox is 21+ after 7pm every day and we ask guests to provide a valid photo ID in its original form on arrival.
We welcome under 21s before 7pm every day.
What time do I need to arrive?
You should arrive at Beatbox no later than 15 minutes before your reservation begins. Feel free to come as early as you like beforehand to enjoy the food and drink in the Bb lounge.
How much does Beatbox cost?
Room reservations rates vary by day and group size. Our Karaoke Studios start at $220/hour with a two hour booking minimum. Please check the website for specific pricing by day and time.
You can also purchase food and beverages packages starting at $25 per person. Guests without a reservation are always welcome join us for food and cocktails with no entry fee.
Reservations
Can I cancel or change my reservation?
Any cancellation to your reservation must be made no less than 48 hours prior. For no shows or late cancellations, the reservation charge will still be applied to the credit card on file. Have an issue? Email hello@playbeatbox.com and we are happy to help.
I'm running late. What do I do?
If you are running late, give us a call or send us a text at 917.748.5032. We’ll do our best to acomodate your reservation.
Groups and Events
How do the party packages work?
Groups larger than 10 will need to add a party package to their reservation. Party packages start at $25 per person. These packages are on top of the room reservation charge.
How do I book for large groups?
You can book for groups of up to 20 people on our website. For larger events and parties, please contact us at events@playbeatbox.com or fill out and inquiry here.
