Every karaoke room at Beatbox is private, soundproof, and built from scratch. No shared stages, no strangers walking past your table, no background noise from a bar you didn’t ask for. Just your group, your songs, and a room that feels more like a recording studio than a karaoke box.
What's in Every Room
Floor-to-ceiling LED screens. The screens react to the music and shift visuals with every song. The room transforms around you, creating an immersive backdrop that makes every performance feel like a music video.
Multichannel sound system. Each room is acoustically tuned for vocals with studio-grade speakers and monitoring. You actually sound like yourself. Or better, once you turn on autotune.
Autotune and vocal effects. Every room has built-in professional vocal effects: autotune, chorus, helium, vibrato, robot, and pitch shifting. Turn them on and you sound like a studio recording. This is part of what makes Beatbox different from every other karaoke experience in NYC. Everyone sounds great from the first note.
Professional wireless microphones. Enough for group numbers, duets, and the inevitable solo showdown. Professional grade Shure wireless microphones (the same ones singers use on tour) in every room.
Three interactive game modes. On Key scores your pitch in real time. Lyrical Genius tests your lyrics knowledge. Freestyle gives you the vocal effects with no scoring, just pure performance. Switch between modes all night.
Thousands of songs. Every genre, every decade. Pop, hip-hop, R&B, rock, country, Broadway, K-pop, Latin, and deep cuts your group will fight over. We have over 60,000 songs and the catalog is updated regularly. Songs are available in English, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Spanish and French.
Table service. Food and a full bar with craft cocktails, wine, and beer. Delivered to your room so you never have to leave.
Soundproof construction. What happens in your room stays in your room. Belt it out. Nobody outside will hear a thing.
The Design
The aesthetic of the rooms is modern, clean, and intentional. Comfortable lounge seating. Warm lighting. Premium materials throughout. This is not a dive bar with a mic plugged in. Every detail was considered, from the acoustic treatment to the furniture to the way the LED screens frame the room.
The venue itself is well-maintained and spotless. You’ll notice the difference the moment you walk in.
Room Sizes and Capacity
The karaoke studios hold up to 25 people. The karaoke suite holds up to 60 people. Every room includes the same technology, the same LED screens, and the same sound system.
For groups of 11+, we require a party package or minimum spend. Party packages start at $30 per person and include food, drinks, and a dedicated room.
For groups larger than 20, Beatbox offers semi-private and full venue buy out options. The ground floor accommodates ~100 guests. The cellar level fits ~60. Full venue buyouts host up to ~170.
Pricing
Karaoke studio reservations start at $220 per hour with a 2-hour minimum and the karaoke suite reservations start at $440 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. That includes full access to autotune and all vocal effects, all three game modes, the complete song catalog, four wireless mics, LED walls, and table service.
Party packages for groups of 10+ start at $30 per person and include food, drinks, and room access.
